EAI hosted an insightful webinar on “LLM Applications for Enterprise: Examples and Use Cases” last Friday (26/4) ! The webinar delved into the potential of Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Model (LLM), the technology behind ChatGPT, to revolutionize enterprise applications. We also demonstrated two GenAI products developed by our EAI’s research team — “ChatServiceDesk” and “ChatEnquiry,” showcasing the power of GenAI and application in two different scenarios. Moreover, these GenAI products can be customized to meet the specific needs of corporates and institutes while ensuring data security.
