Expert AI Enabling Limited (EAI) is a subsidiary of Expert Systems Holdings Limited (ESHL) which is a leading information technology company listed on HKEX in Hong Kong. We specialize in the development of innovative products and solutions to enable schools, enterprises, and government organizations to make the best use of AI in their business.
Our History
EAI was established in June 2022 and has its roots in the leading information technology company in Asia Pacific – Expert Systems Holdings Limited.
- Our first operating subsidiary, Expert Systems, was incorporated in 1985.
- The then holding company of Expert Systems, Legend, was listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in 1994.
- ESHL was listed with stock code 8319 on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on 12 April 2016.
- ESHL completed the acquisition of ServiceOne International Holdings Limited , expanding our combined presence and customer base across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and other parts in the Asia Pacific region including Singapore, Japan, Korea and Australia on 8 Oct 2021.
EAI is founded to focus on Artificial Intelligence (A) and Expert Systems has provided solutions on Big Data (B) and Cloud Computing (C) to the market. Under the same group, we together can offer one-stop ABC solutions to customers.
